PVSS Band visits Fakland School

A big thank you to Mr. Majerick and his PVSS band for visiting our school today. The students played a variety of selections, some familiar pop and others over 100 years old. One in particular highlighted composers (the three Bs) – Bach, Beethoven and Brahms. The PVSS students were a big hit with our students as they showcased the various instruments in the band, especially those students who were from Falkland School. It is always a pleasure to have our students learn about the opportunities available to them at PVSS and be entertained by band teacher, Mr. Brenden Majerech. His passion for music is a delight to witness. Our students are so fortunate to experience Mr. Majerech’s energy and enthusiam. Thanks also to Mr. Howie, retired band teacher and district music principal, who helped in the brass section on his trumpet.
