On Wednesday, January 25th, we had approximately 50 people register (students and parents) for the Numeracy Night at Falkland School in support of our Unplug and Play week last week.
We are hopeful that the session contributed to a better understanding of the scope and sequence of the critical concepts that are prioritized in our classrooms at each grade level for Numeracy. Participants left with a full belly from our pulled pork dinner, a small bag of various dice and cards and ideas for games to practice Numeracy and reinforce these concepts at home. A big thank you to our PAC for funding our dinner and to Julana Arndt and Janice Evans for catering.
